Visit vibeconnect.io and enter your email address in the waitlist form. You'll receive a confirmation email right away. We'll notify you as soon as early access opens.
Your privacy is a core part of VibeConnect. Your email address and personal details are never shared with other users. You control what you share in conversations, and all messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. You can block or report any user at any time.
Our algorithm matches you based on shared interests, personality type, companion role preference, and emotional compatibility — not appearance. Every match is designed to feel genuinely compatible, not random.
You can delete your account directly in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and all associated data.
If you need assistance, email support@vibeconnect.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 30 days.
Try these steps first:
- Force-close the app and reopen it.
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure you're running the latest version of the app.
- Restart your device.
If the issue persists, email support@vibeconnect.io with your device model, OS version, and a description of what's happening.
Tap the ⋯ menu → Report inside any chat. Your report is anonymous and reviewed by our moderation team promptly.
For urgent safety concerns, also email support@vibeconnect.io with the subject "Safety Report".
Subscriptions are billed and managed through the App Store or Google Play — not directly by VibeConnect.
